Suggestions for improvement
We will always try to reply to anyone who makes a suggestion to improve our organisation or services. Even if we don’t take up your suggestion, we will always try and tell you why we haven’t.
Please note we are unable to tell you what we will do with your suggestion if you do not provide your contact details.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about Swanswell, we want to hear from you. We are rightly proud of our staff and services but if we are not meeting your expectations we want to know. This will enable us to try to resolve the issues that you have. All feedback from service users, whether it’s a complaint or a compliment, helps us to improve our services.
Complaints are a formal way of raising an issue that is affecting you.
