Swanswell has over 40 years experience of providing services to the statutory sector. With our portfolio which includes drug, alcohol and supporting people services, Swanswell delivers a wide range of successful programmes, in the community, in health centres and GP surgeries, in hospitals, and within the Criminal Justice System for Probation. Our excellent reputation for working with commissioners and partners has been successfully established and continually reaffirmed since our formation in 1968.
Partnership working
Our proud, passionate and professional team provides services that are commissioned for individuals and families. Swanswell works to support the aims and targets of healthcare professionals and the professionals of the Criminal Justice System. We contribute to the Supporting People programme through our services commissioned by local authorities. These give vulnerable people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing a stable environment which enables greater independence.
Working closely with healthcare providers, local authorities, offender managers, government agencies and third-sector organisations, we bring together the many different resources required to reduce harm, safeguard communities and help people live happier lives. This holistic approach aims to remove the barriers that can prevent long-term sustainable improvements and offers the real prospect of sustainable behavioural change.
Customer focus
The needs of commissioners and partners are always in our mind; in particular, how to achieve efficiency savings whilst maintaining the quality of our services and seeking innovative ways to enable us to deliver more. For example, our web-based care management system not only delivers more effective service and outcome monitoring, it releases our staff to be more efficient and mobile whilst ensuring that real-time service user data is readily available for commissioners and partners.
