Benefits

At Swanswell, we reward excellent work with generous terms and conditions and attractive benefits to enable you to live and work well.

Continuing professional development
We’re committed to developing the skills of our workforce and helping our staff to grow within the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to identify your own professional development needs and discuss with us how we can help to develop your skills further.

Salary
The salary our workers receive will be closely matched to their skills and aspirations.

Hours of work
We work a 37 hour week. You’ll need to be able to adapt to meet the needs of the organisation, and some evening or weekend work may be required. Swanswell is running a flexible working pilot during 2010/11, so you’ll be able to work flexible hours within this pilot.

Holidays
We offer 28 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays.

Pensions
Swanswell offers a company pension, which is a Group Personal Pension Plan. Staff can contribute a maximum amount of 6% gross annual salary to this plan and Swanswell will pay in the same amount.

Childcare vouchers
A Childcare Voucher Scheme is available for any staff who want to take part.

Helping our staff to stay well
We care about the wellbeing of our staff and want them to feel well and stay well. That’s why we run a number of initiatives that contribute to our staff’s health and wellbeing, including Stress-Free Swanswell training and complementary therapies.

Investing in our workforce
We value our staff and their individual backgrounds, which is shown by our Investors in People and level 1 Investors in Diversity accreditations.
