Benefits

At Swanswell, we reward excellence work with generous terms and conditions and attractive benefits to enable you to live and work well.

Training
There are plenty of opportunities for professional development at Swanswell. All employees are encouraged to attend training events and apply practices or policies imparted, as reasonably necessary. Swanswell received prestigious National Training Awards in 2007 and 2008, demonstrating the quality of our training programmes.

All employees receive an annual appraisal, giving them the opportunity to review their progress and developmental needs.

Work life balance
Swanswell is a family friendly employer and recognises that employees have a life outside of work. So we always try to be as supportive as possible to requests for flexible working, enabling employees to balance their work and home life.

We also offer maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave to employees. In addition, we offer 2 days paid carers leave, in exceptional circumstances, for all members of staff. This is pro rata if you work part-time.

Swanswell also offer a Childcare Voucher Scheme to all employees.

Hours
37 hours per week or hours as agreed.

Holidays
Annual leave entitlement is 28 days plus statutory Bank Holidays, pro rata if you work part-time.

Location
You can find our offices in convenient city or town centre locations, which you can easily reach by public transport.

Management
Your Line Manager will provide you with robust support and supervision. They will also provide performance reviews and appraisals on a regular basis.

Pension
Swanswell offers a company pension, which is a Group Personal Pension Plan, and a contribution of a maximum amount of 6% of gross annual salary can be made to this plan. This will, however, only be paid if the employee is also contributing to the said pension plan. The amount payable by Swanswell shall be equal to but not exceed the amount paid by the employee.

Death in Service Scheme
All employees of Swanswell are included, from the date of commencement of employment, in the Death in Service Scheme that pays four times your gross salary, up to a maximum of £250,000.
