What do we do ?
Our staff work with people individually and sometimes in groups, to help them identify the problems and difficulties they are experiencing with their alcohol use, and work with them to find positive ways of overcoming its harmful effects on their lives, relationships and health.
In addition to this we provide information, advice, access to community based and inpatient detoxification, auricular acupuncture, advocacy, and counselling.
We provide a range of additional services in some geographical areas
Who do we work with ?
We can work with anyone over the age of 18 years, living in Coventry and Warwickshire, who is concerned about their own, or about someone else’s drinking.
When is the service available ?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9.00 -5pm and some offices offer evening appointments one night a week.
Where are we based ?
We have offices in Coventry and Warwickshire, and we also work from GP surgeries.
How to contact us
People can ask their GP to refer them, or they can make direct contact themselves, or they can be referred by other support providers, including the statutory sector (e.g. Social Services, Health staff etc).
